Lightweight for CFRP machining centre
On behalf of the company DynaPro, MET has analyzed a framework for a new portal CNC – machining centre. In close cooperation with the customer, the carbon fibre sandwich structure has been optimized for rigidity and manufacturing cost. As a result, there is a lightweight design that allows for efficient mass production while meeting the strictest tolerance requirements for all operating loads.
